Lego games are a slog. They can be fun for a while, but the design of them forces you to speed through the story and then go back to replay the whole damned thing to collect all the shit you can’t get the first time around.

Frankly I’m not excited about it. I love horizon, but I think it’s a stupid decision to make a Lego game as the next installment in an otherwise exceptional franchise. Especially since it launched for $60 on console. No way it’s worth that; it’s a Lego game.

I used to care a lot about everything, and now I’m just so so tired of trying. Apathy feels like a poplar grove; just keeps growing, spreading, and outcompeting everything else until it takes over and ruins everything, because it takes an absolute ton of energy control spread.

Personally, I find even a lace edge or covering to be unpleasant for a whole day of wear, since the seam to sew it on is typically directly against the skin and it’s scratchy more often than not. Especially bad are the ones that have the lace covering and fold it over the under-cup edge to sew it on, cuz it tends to be really low quality lace and also tends to have the weave stretched open which makes it scratchier.

It’s personal comfort threshold stuff, ofc, but there’s a reason most bras are super basic. Especially since nobody really sees them most of the time.

Most bras, from most retail options, are of the basic, comfortable variety, regardless of size. You sort of have to intentionally look for the lace ones (unless you shop in stores made primarily for sex appeal like Victoria’s Secret - the secret is people don’t typically wear that crap).

Having lace daily rub your nipples, underboob area, or under arm area, leads to chafing and is really unpleasant.

And most bras, despite being super expensive, aren’t made with high quality materials, so lace doesn’t last for shit.

You couldn’t make the original Star Wars trilogy today because Disney owns it and would sue you into oblivion.

If you are basing that on the wiki article, you might want to look into when those edits to the article were made, and what was changed. There’s a whole edit war happening with it now by the look of it. Likely due to the heavy unsupported edits about transphobia.

It also serves to keep people isolated, and prevents kids from forming lasting relationships that can later be used to discuss and compare issues and organize.

Interestingly, though, it made people think I was from another country entirely? Because in absolutely no other way do I sound even remotely southern. how does pop handle touchscreen devices, do you know? The only machine I have left that I’d install something different on is my laptop, and its touchscreen but fully discretionary. The others are a server which I’m not touching because PITA, and a shitty ram-deficient thing I use for watching Plex in my bedroom, but it doesn’t run anything well at all for whatever reason - I tried antixlinux, mint, and a few other lightweight distros, and they all ran like shit. Probably failing hardware, idk.

Ubuntu handles touchscreen and hdmi output ok, it seems, but that laptop is still windows for now because idk if I need it to be windows for my next job.. I guess I can reinstall it, since keys are hardware encoded now.. for that device I don’t -really- need good file management, just compatibility.

I’ve thought about pop, but never really looked into it because nobody ever, like, recommends it for anything I guess? Like I never hear about it..

I honestly wish I liked mint because there’s such a robust community for it, but I really can’t stand it. My first Linux experience a decade back or so was Ubuntu and it felt -right- like android. I liked it very much because it did all the things I needed, and it felt good to use, like something I was familiar with (android!). The power file management was an absolute bonus and I just love it so much. But it’s based on iOS allegedly? I fucking hate iOS on mobile but maybe it’s the macOS? Idk. It’s not at all like iPhone iOS at least.

And I haven’t found the same experience on any other distro despite trying several, so here’s me back to Ubuntu every time.. because it feels good to use.

And “Ubuntu bad because reasons” and I get that for not me, but I don’t have the energy to figure out how to make Debian do what Ubuntu just already does. And the really niche distros I’ve tried idk how to make work for my needs, as noob.
