This is what I figured, I'll reach out to my credit card company and see where this goes. 😥
I broke the screen on my pixel 7 pro, I took it to get repaired by a local shop & we discussed that I wanted an original part. They interpreted this as I want a “new” part, but not an original one. They've now done the repair with an aftermarket screen, which is much lower quality than an OEM part.
I've asked them to make this right, but they say they've done what they said they'd do. I feel ripped off, but I also don't want to be unfair to the work that they've done, installing the part and all. I'm just looking for guidance on how to handle this situation? Has anyone been here before?
This is what I've done! Expect some reviews on mangrove from me soon :)
I already use StreetComplete ;)
In my experience website menus aren't incredibly common, perhaps I could upload the photo and link that though.
Map complete looks great ~ but there doesn't seem to be an Android app for it. It would be neat if organic maps could integrate with mangrove.reviews.
I've been contributing to Google Maps for a while, specifically, I usually upload pictures of menu's from restaurants, so future visitors can see them before they decide to eat there! I'm trying to degoogle my life a bit & was wondering if there is a way I could contribute these to OSM?
Thank you so much, I did the upgrade a few hours ago & haven't had issues since ~ I'll update if I get anymore :)
I would guess they accept cash offers regardless of credit score?
I have not been able to notice a pattern as to why/when this happens. But after the black screen for a few seconds, it comes back to the login page.
I've updated the bios to the newest version with no success, would love some assistance at least debugging this. This is my relevant system information:
Thanks for the kind response! That's rather what I figured the ~ I'll take a crack at it later this week & maybe write a blog post about how to do it if I figure it out :)
Was it the new Spark ones or the Volta 2.0 ones?
I actually rarely transfer data via USB-C ~ most of my usage is charging. But if the charging speed is slowed, that would be a dealbreaker for me.
The Volta one's a linked claims 100W charging ~ but I can't find any reputable testers who've independently proven this. Is the slow charging speed the only reason for moving away from it?
I've created 2 themes on https://color.firefox.com/ ~ one light themed & one dark themed. Would it be possible to configure these as a dynamic theme which follows my system's light/dark settings? (I'm using Fedora if that's relevant)
From doing some research on this, I've come across this reddit thread. Is this something that worries you? And/or have you had any issues like described in the thread?
I'm in the process of replacing my entire cable line up to be entirely USB-C & I am interested in perhaps getting something like volta spark cables. Has anyone tried these before?
