I think it's possible to run stable diffusion on AMD cards, it's just more complicated and I haven't had the drive to bother trying to set it up.

To be fair most of the "incest" is very soft incest. Step sibling stuff that effectively removes the taboo aspect by taking the concerning part out. I don't think anyone with the kink is there for that.
