Pax Dei boasts a beautiful open world and a great deal of ambition, but its terrible combat and unenjoyable crafting loop drag it down.

  • I’m enjoying it so far, but yes it is lacking in basic mechanics of combat. The world is beautiful and being able to claim a plot with a view is satisfying.

  • I just bought a Litter Robot 4 and in the one week I’ve had it, I just emptied the bag for the first time. No scooping or anything! You can use regular 10-gallon trash bags in the compartment. No proprietary bags required, although they do sell them. The pee/poop get dropped into a compartment below the area where your kitty does its business, so there isn’t any smell.

    New to Linux - is Pop!_OS for me?

    I have no experience with Linux, but I’d like to give it a try. I’m looking at the System76 Meerkat and Thelio with the Pop!_OS option.

    I don’t see myself gaming on it because I have a Windows machine for just that. I’d mostly be using it for learning Linux and doing basic things like web surfing and word processing (Libreoffice perhaps).

    Any recommendations or advice? Thanks!
