For the thing you're in charge of, what does it take to do a good job?
  • Im in charge of making sure engineers and mechanics/technicians adhere to my company’s current electrical wiring standards.

Memorizing every little detail is almost impossible so its easiest to just have an eye for what’s wrong and knowing where to look for the correct answer

  • A plane took off from Switzerland with 111 people on board and 0 of their suitcases
  • I went to Disney for a week with my 1 year old and wife. We used 2 carry one and a personal bag.

I refuse to take checked bags because I travel off and on for work and I’ve been burned too many times with checked bags.

It’s pretty easy to pull off if you just do things like sleep in the clothes you plan on wearing the next day or only bringing enough diapers and wipes for the plane and buying a weeks supply at your destination.

  • What is the most "Thankless" job?
  • I very much appreciate the work truckers do.

However, 90% of the people who cut me off just to go 10+ miles under the speed limit are truckers.

Like y’all are already going slow, why inconvenience 10 other drivers in the fast lane who are all going to pass you in 30 seconds.

  • Why do people not hire experts?
  • This is 100% true.

I work as an electrical and hydraulic engineer and i consider myself above average.

The people with the knowledge base above me are ridiculously intelligent and in a different playing field.

  • Wireless carriers are messing with your autopay discount
  • I’m thinking of moving to a no contract plan once my current contract is up.

I used a Nokia Flip phone on Tracfones network for a week to test getting out of that ecosystem and also away from smartphones in general.

All-in-all I was impressed with what you could do with a flipper and a $20 a month plan.

  • Attempts must've been made
  • Me and 5 other fatties in middle school (like almost 20 years ago) got kicked out of a CiCi’s pizza for eating too much food in like 30 minutes.

We were like the first people who ate so much that they started losing money lmao
