Worst?.. or best?
Your breath is tightly linked to your central nervous system. As your breath changes in response to your mental condition, so can you effect your mental condition by controlling your breath.
But more than that, modern diet and lifestyle has deformed our sculls and given us bad habits like mouthbreathing which have negative impact on everything from posture to gut and organ health.
Everything health related starts with breathing property.
This is a fantastic idea. Breathing is so important for our health and most people take it for granted, developing bad habits which can lead to all sorts of health problems.
If you've never done so, go to YouTube and find a good hour long breathing exercise. I guarantee that at least half of people will feel a significant positive effect on their well-being.
To be fair, I do like that it gives me options I hadn't even heard of. But it needs to narrow it down a bit more.
Great tool!
I managed to narrow my choice down from a handful to 29.
I've always found it ironic that that show was on Apple. A company which wholly embodies the cancer that lies at the root of all the problems he discusses. Namely capitalism.

I remember when their slogan was: "Don't be evil".
I wonder when they realised that that was too ironic?
The first guy didn't want to be too close to the trollies and the second guy didn't want to be too close to the first guy.
I know. Cars bad. But there are actual reasons to critique the use of them. Being butthurt by people's bad parking is not helpful.
Plus. I'm fairly sure that this photo was originally taken by a driver, who was annoyed that he had to walk a bit longer.
Good point. I was thinking, maybe someone was in the spot the photo was taken. Many even someone who didn't have the right to be there.
He might just not understand why the space is needed. I often park in random off-bits to spare a parking space. Sure, soon people get butt-hurt, but I'd rather annoy those kind of people than someone who needs a spot.
I think he's an idiot trying to be considerate.
