Now that's an innocent bandwagon I can get aboard.
Thank mr skeltal
Just hold on for a while. If those deer keep at it, at some point the wolves will multiply and become a greater force to control the deer population.
Unless they're the same sex. In that case, you're shafted.

Every sixty seconds, a woman in Britain gives birth. She. Must. Be. Exhausted.
The official reason is so that Big G is the default search engine on every install.
But that may very well just be a smokescreen.
You had me in the first half, not gonna lie xD
Music: pretentious hermit writes metal that's "too grandiose and complex to perform live" (it ends up getting performed live and sells out the venue five times in a single weekend) (Ayreon)
Game: WHAT'S UP WITH ALL THESE FLYING EYES‽‽‽ (Terraria)
I've seen one take that (maybe over-) simplifies to that there's a wave of anti-establishmentalism, and while the best party to embody that under FPTP (e.g. UK, USA) is the other big party, many European parliamentary systems have proportional voting systems that allow smaller alternative parties. And the alt right sells a load of coherent, anti-establishmentalist talking points.
Dutch examples: PVV? The problem is Islamic immigrants. FvD? The problem is the Deep StateTM!
And although a lot of problems that we are experiencing (skyrocketing housing prices & cost of living, worsening labour conditions, millennials and gen Z/Alpha being worse off than their parents) are the result of the right, the left does not have a thing to sell as easily as the alt right has been able to.
I also saw the turnout polls for the Dutch vote. It was interesting to see that the portion of people who voted progressive in the last national elections and didn't show up for the EU elections is smaller than the portion that voted fascist/populist.
Same-ish for NL. GL/PvdA continues to be the biggest, FvD is gone, all the Christians and VVD are down a seat each, VOLT got a seat and D66 is up a seat.
Unfortunately PVV grew by six seats tho, sooo.....
I had the opposite. When we learned about magnets in high school, it was pretty much told assuming the atomic and crystalline scale of natural magnets to be a black box. Meanwhile, the instructions on electromagnets gave me enough to go off for me to extend that down to said crystalline and atomic level. So when I stepped to my teachers, claiming I had a theory and enthusiastically explaining that spinning electrons created an electric current, which in turn create magnetic fields at the atomic level, which can then line up with neighbouring ones to become a whole magnet, they responded "yeah, that is exactly how magnets work."
This is the kind of parenting that may lead to kids leaving home & disappearing from the parents' lives the day they turn eighteen.
I was expecting the Vespa 150 TAP with a recoilless gun, but this is even better.
Am I seeing this right? Are you calling one of the defining works of Fantasy literature a "Christian book?"
Thank you for reminding me that this exists 😃
This meme has a weird amount of Terraria energy to it
Also, their mixes and compositions have improved. TtFatF was an assault on the ears where some instruments might as well not have been recorded. Mixes from more recent tracks are more balanced. Unlike TtFatF, on their most recent albums you can actually hear the bass.
It's time for a little story....
It's definitely Storytime... *Nightwish song starts playing*
NL guy here.
So a centre marking tells me it's an 80 km/h road, and the side markings, together with the trees off to the side, aim to optically narrow the road, making drivers more conscious of their speed. This is part of the Dutch universally applied standards of traffic calming.
If there were only markings on the side, usually a little inwards from the roadside, it'd be a 60 km/h road. This would be even more pronounced if the space outside of those lines had red asphalt. In such a case, it's sometimes allowed, or even expected, for cyclists to cycle in the main roadway.
On this location though, the bike lane is off to the side. It's an 80 km/h road, that's too fast for on-street cycling.
Pretty much what it says on the tin.
