For me an EU based (degiro) was better cause it can automatically provide tax documents / apply for benefits (like no double tax on US stocks)
Its not that I don't want that content at all, its that my entire feed is filled with it that is the issue.
100%, my main issue with all the "new" social medias coming out is that they lack a recommendation algorithm which basically blocks growth for any small communities (/creators depending on platform) and does not allow me to have an interesting feed.
On Xitter I always browsed the For You page and on the daily found new creators that posted interesting stuff that I wouldn't have seen otherwise. Now I just browse like you said on All and blocking communities I don't want there, but its already obvious to me there's wayyyy too much news and nothing else there. All I see is Trump Trump Tesla Trump and a bit of memes inbetween.
Sell their cars to who BEN? Aquaman?
In the end someone will own the car and be f'ed because of it. The seller will take a huge financial loss because other people think it helps to force people to make bad financial decisions while Tesla already has the money.
It really just depends on how users have to choose a service and how much it matters. With email the service used doesn't really matter so most either use what is given to them (here that's often from their ISP) or what is recomended to them (e.g. Gmail or Hotmail here in the EU)
As far as I'm aware the company behind degiro is actually called "flatexdegiro" so not sure if they're related
Currently got most of my EU ETF in Amundi and planning on selling the rest of my iShares EU 600's later this year to put it in Xtrackers (first got some other financial stuff to focus on to see that my tax bill doesn't go boom)
Been using Degiro for a while. Outside of 1 year them not correctly filing taxes automatically resulting in me having to do it manually its been a great service!
I'm currently still using my stash of australian HiSmile, don't really have an EU alternative for this and I never want to go back to minty toothpaste
First I switched to ice tea sparkling from lipton (before joining the movement) and now I just buy store brand soda's instead. They're at least a bit more healthy and are so much more price competitive! I don't drink much so it saves me at most 10 euros a month but buying 1L of cola for almost 3 euros vs 1.20 for 1.5L store brand is insane
