I got engaged and travelled across the Atlantic to be with someone I met on irc
Interesting. Any idea why this is happening to SmokeAPI but not cream?
there's unsmoked bacon out there which very much does not have the taste that you're describing (I know because I specifically avoid that smokey taste).
I mean that's basically social democracy and it works for the nordics.
I used to use aptoide for piracy many years ago. I guess that's not a thing anymore?
A DNS blocker like pihole, nextdns, adguard etc might help with that.
Where's this aggressive journalism been for the past 10 years?
Also even reccomended torrent search engine websites suck and only crawls through some websites is there any you would rec
Stop using these sources and learn how to use qBittorrent with Jackett. You can search hundreds of trackers all ata once in seconds. You won't miss anything unless it's literally just not available anywhere.

top notch
Wonder what living there is like, apparently there's around 30 or so people.
creamapi and related tools will not get you banned.
Unless you use them on multiplayer games, wouldn't try that.
Honestly not sure about this. Seems a bit uninspired
Just block the ads with a DNS blocker, like NextDNS.
Not necessarily :) see my reply
Bonus: don't have time and want to just auto-subscribe to all (please note this isn't reversible without manually unsubbing yourself, there's a lot of niche communities here that may not appeal to you - you can remove them from the JSON file if needed)?
- On PC, download this JSON file
- On PC, download Lemmy Migration Tool (download the relevant .zip file)
- Unzip folder, run file. Lemmy Migration Tool will now be open, like in this pic.
- Note: in the
Settings
tab, you may wish to untick everything exceptUpload Community Subscriptions
. Failure to do so may result in your Lemmy settings being changed. - Click the
Upload
tab. Then, enter your instance name and login details, click the upload button and upload the JSON file. - It'll automatically subscribe you to them all. If it looks like it's frozen, it hasn't. Just let it run. If you're on a small instance, you may need to re-run it a couple times (it can error if your instance hasn't discovered the community yet, this is solved on a rerun).
Of course, some may not be of interest or may overload your feed (meme communities can do this). Unsubscribe as needed.
I feel like it has more to do with the technological advances than being more prone to conflict
A big budget doesn't guarantee success though. See LOTR series.
Yup. Reality. No point using a hyper secure chat system if literally nobody you know is using it.
Work, go home, rest, sleep.
I still remember the ordeal of getting through the Fade portion of Origins... it was awful.
The rest of the game was top notch though

Sudan’s top military general has visited South Sudan and held talks with its president. It is Gen. Abdel-Fattah Burhan's second trip abroad since the war in his country started in April.
Whether in cutscenes or gameplay, multi-player video games can help rewrite history or encourage an investment in national sovereignty.
It's the classic "you've plugged the charger in but you have to wiggle it a million times and get it in a perfect position for the laptop to actually charge". Obviously, this is less than ideal.
I've ordered a replacement charger just in-case it's the actual adapter that's the issue, but if the port itself is broken, does anyone know if this is fixable easily? Are there any guides anywhere? I guess maybe the pins inside could be bent or something

lemmy.world has blocked it. It appears to have also blocked !piracy@lemmy.ml.
If this is a problem for you, I'd suggest migrating accounts using LASIM to an instance that doesn't block it (such as lemm.ee).

An official announcement has been made:

Also has a sweet remix from Rapture 4D that incorperates Jersey club and neo-grime influences.

It’s not clear if Abu Turaife can garner support from IS adherents in the region and galvanize local militants or whether pro-IS groups in the Philippines are on the decline.
Hi! I'm British, I like music (grime, garage, hip-hop, R&B, and more!). I like art, culture, history, politics, & doomscrolling memes.
Also a touch of programming :)
