Most of these people take/haven taken part in the IDF and have been actively participating in Apartheid. These people have been actively been on check points, raided Palestinian houses and killed and kidnapped (yes, kidnapped, because some are in prison without being proven guilty of anything).

A lot of people started their businesses on Tiktok. The Tiktok algorithm is actually way better than that of Instagram to reach your target niche. A lot content creators and marketing exes do realize this.
I don’t understand the mentality of users, of course of obviously older generation here, that realize Tiktok did in fact change a lot of people’s lives. It’s not just an app for dancing.

When I see the same energy directed at the USA for killing millions of Iraqis by spreading lies and never finding weapons of masa destruction in Iraq then I’ll believe the narrative.

The outlook on everything on Lemmy is driving me away from the platform. I’m not saying other platforms are any better. I might just stop using it.
The same people who complain about government propaganda are the same people who type “Russia bad! China bad!” like it’s not decades of propaganda to make westerners hate these countries.
I used to use MyFitnessPal but its pop up ads are particularly annoying and paying $20 for an ad free version doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
I use Memmy daily and I was checking if Memmy is still under development. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the respective community. The app is well-designed that I doubt it was never updated since month.

I just created a new community on lemmy.world about the Middle East and I want to a design a banner for it. Unfortunately, I am not artist.
