I was in M2-XFE. That whole experience certainly taught a lot about the power of narrative and propaganda. And the later blockade showed what leadership failures look like.

There are no good guys here. If one in a few hundred Palestinians want to strap on a dynamite vest and kill as many Jews as possible, how can Israel live peacefully with those people? Does Israel have absolutely no right to defend itself? Israel surrounds Palestine, yes, but Palestine also surrounds Israel.

Israel's one day notice to evacuate Gaza is absolutely insane, and will likely end in genocide. But that doesn't make Palestinians the good guys.

Israel has had the capability to genocide Palestinians, but not a desire to go that far. Palestinians (specifically Hamas) have always had the desire to genocide Israelites, but not the capability. They certainly have tried.

As a software dev, I don't think there really is a better way. One thing you could do to avoid this is to install a second drive and boot to completely different OSes. You could boot to a Linux drive for personal stuff, and only use Windows for gaming.

These gaming companies are pretty aware that they go bankrupt if they either get a reputation for abusing anti-chrst data OR are full of cheaters. They have some incentive to use data ethically. But it's still a good thing to keep an eye on.

As a devil's advocate, Hamas uses 100% of their capability for evil, even sacrificing their own lives in the name of religion to inflict the maximum damage. Israel doesn't use 10% of their capacity, and has more justifiable reasons for doing so.

This does not mean I endorse Israel. You're right in that Israel causes more overall harm.
