Smart TVs Are Watching You | Feisty Duck
  • I have been thinking more on this. Seems like a spare router with no Internet should suffice. Gives it a connection with no Internet so it can't go anywhere and since it has a connection it shouldn't be hunting for open networks

  • My god Siege was good for the first few years. Intoxicatingly good multiplayer. Too bad they fucked it up trying to make it more CoD like. For example, I used to play with a completely hidden hud because it was so immersive and fun. Now it's like rainbow six and Roblox had a baby and the weird game popped out. I can't even hide my hud or crosshair any longer

  • Vance mocked for saying eggs cost $4 — while standing in front of a dozen for $2.99
  • I've never understood the "more people eating at home" argument for hight food prices. The same amount of food is being bought even if a restaurant is buying less. Or am I misunderstanding this?

  • People who are 1s and 2s on this scale, do you watch adult video?

If you don't know what it's like you can't miss something, ya know? But there are experiments that are trying to give visualisations to aphantasia folk. I'm not sure I'd try it because then I would be missing something.

But, big pro: I can see absolute horrific stuff and I'll never be able to reimagine it. Describe a vile, nasty car wreck? Can't see it but I know it's bad. It has weird benefits
