Which distro?
  • OpenSuse Tumbleweed.

  • Has anyone used UmbrelOS or CasaOS?
  • Check out cosmos cloud too...

  • seedbox providers recommendation
  • Me too.

  • Finally giving up on Jerboa
  • I cycled from all apps but keep ending in Summit. Yes I understand the FOSS attitude I really do but it all comes down to usability and UI and active development. Voyager and Eternity are my next options.

  • Music discovery
  • v0.2.0 is here!
  • Is there a notification icon-bubble-number when we have one eg message in our inbox?

  • I find no motivation in working for myself
  • Or you might feel failure or bad critique? Look within you.

  • Eternity v0.2.0 is here!
  • Eternity nightly user here. Can't post.

  • I find no motivation in working for myself
  • Dude, if you say you want to do it you would have already done it. So, it's either deep down you don't wanna or it's something else.

So if you want it we are waiting your urls 🤙

  • What email provider do you use? Would you recommend it?
  • True but go and explain that to the regular Joe..

  • YUNOhost
  • That makes 2 of us. I hope someone can offer any input here...

  • YUNOhost
  • That is a very good question why I'm thinking about switching. I guess out of curiosity and also I think (which I might be wrong) that Cosmos seems to be more secure.

  • YUNOhost
  • Using it for 4-5 years. Very satisfied with it although some hiccups here and there. Not sure if a stick with it or move to cosmos-cloud.io

  • Trying to figure out the best way to set up a self hosted matrix server.
  • Doubtful. Even in VMs I reckon you're gonna have some conflicts ports wise.

  • Trying to figure out the best way to set up a self hosted matrix server.
  • Yeap.. Yunohost is not docker based.

  • Trying to figure out the best way to set up a self hosted matrix server.
  • I've had good luck with Yunohost in the past for a synapse server.

  • I used to love Android but I want to move, and I don't know if it's the right thing.
  • Get a Pixel, install GrapheneOS and you're done.

  • How to read start-up logs

What the title basically says. Is there a way to read the startup logs of my OS (running openSUSE tumbleweed)? There are some errors while starting my system but can't read them since they are scrolling too fast.

    Which email provider?

Although I think that I've researched a lot, something might missed my research. So I would like the below:

    1. Be able to provide and admin various domains for email services.
    2. Each domain will have each own users and be independent and each user should have their own mailbox. Don't want 1 user with different email addresses.
    3. Modern UI. So I guess no Migadu.
    4. Apps for iOS and Android or be able to use Foss apps like K9.
    5. Provide white label option for each domain to have their own logos etc.

As far as I looked, Zoho is close to what I'm looking for but now sure. Also looked infomaniak which might offer those too.

So, please provide your feedback 😀

Edit: Don't want Google and I'm talking about a paid plan. I'm aware that what I ask cannot be provided for free.

    HP Elite Desk

Thinking of buying a second hand Elite Desk small factor to throw Linux on. I'm worried about the HP firmware-bios thingy. Does it call home? Can I disable calling home somehow? Can it have access to my hard drive info ?

What's a profession thay everyone needs?

So, I'm looking for a career change since I'm probably going to move to a city of approx 200K people. What's something that everyone needs either it's simple or more complex?

Not interested in funeral services 😛

    Manjaro OS

So I've been iso live testing Manjaro KDE Plasma lately and it looks very polished.

On the other hand, there is a negative vibe towards it.

    Why the hate?

    Hidden comments?

    Hello!

I've noticed that in some posts, although I see they have comments, I cannot see them when I go and read the post.

    Why is that ?

    Post button

Ok so simple one: doesn't voyager have a floating post button ? Do I have to go to a respective community I follow to post? Not very intuitive I suppose. Would love to have a post button or even a shortcut on the main feed screen, things would be easier. Cheers!

Can anyone direct me to where can I find Japanese movies and tv series (preferably Usenet)? I haven't been able to find anything on Usenet servers...

    Subscription fetching

Hi there! Can't figure out why in specific instances (servers), my subscriptions are not always fetched completely? I have quite few of them that are not appearing at all on me feed. This does not happen on the kavin ones.

    Cheers !

    Prowlarr question

Hey everyone! So I've setup successfully Sonarr, Radarr and Bazaar and they all communicate to each other fine. One think I can't understand why, is that when I search from Prowlarr and forward the downloads to SABnzbd, after the download is done, Sonnar and Radar will not import the files to their database, but the downloads stay in the downloads folder. When I search and download from Sonarr and Radarr everything is placed nicely. Using Usenet and hardlinks; so downloads in X folder and moved to Y(tv shows) and Z(movies) folders. In Sonaar and Radarr I've mapped such folders as you might understand.

Is this how Prowler works (meaning) downloads just stay in the download client folder and then I have to manually import them to Sonarr and Radarr?
