Or get a +21 staff by using two reforges before imbuing the wand then curse infuse for a +25 (:
I died to a Warlock shadowbolt because I played carelessly... oh well.
Took screenshot before popping my Ankh.
You gain 450 turns of bonus satiety and extra healing.
Should've brewed a cleansing pot with that purity.
Just be patient and improve. You can get pretty high win rate on 6-chal. My first win was with a tanky corruption warlock but I've done many builds since. Sniper, battlemage, assassin, monk... anything is viable.
Try jumping into 6-chal with warlock, it becomes pretty brainless once you get your build going. Drop FiMA, pharma, runes and you're good.
Thing to note RoW runs are impossible with FIMA. So just play with that.
Edit: Tried it, I was wrong lol
It is one of the best at +2, I'd rather have a +3 haste.
I'm pretty happy leaving my +2 or even +0 RoW unupgraded. It is one of the best rings in the game even without farming. Even at +0 you get tons of gold and consumables.
I cheated and got it with +19 thorns plate lol
It's funny because
from apps import facebook-killer as fb

Tbf after searching for a just works distro and going down a distrohopping bunny hole I ended up on arch lol.
pacman -S gnome and everything is gucci + AUR is something else.
Anti social seed 😁
Elastic whip +3 Repulsion mail armor RoArcana +2
Every time I think I mastered the game I learn something new lol

You can find a +1 natural in most runs, use that to upgrade your staff.
Then you get a guarranteed +1 from wandmaker, take that to the troll blacksmith and upgrade it to +2.
Then imbue for a +3 staff and SoU dump to +18.
You need RNG for higher staff. A +3 wand from wandmaker is 5% chance and you can use that with a natural wand of the same type to get a +20 staff. If you find two of the same type you get a +21 staff but that's pretty rare.
Keep shield for demon halls vs evil eyes, upgrade your gauntlet grim is very nice!
Edit: Just saw you have RoArcana get that to +10 and gauntlets to whatever and become one punch man.
Warlock heals full 40% of damage roll vs damage reduction even when actual hit is very low.
Tested against:
-
Quest Geomancer Guard w/ rock armor
-
Charging Evil Eye
-
Demon Spawner
-
Rusted fist deferred damage
-
Earth fist grass reduction
You have to dodge the evil lasers!
I think warden has the most underwhelming T3 talents. For example, if shielding dew lasted forever it would become viable.
Because currently leaving the dew on the ground for later is better than a shield that fades in two turns. Effectively wasting the dewdrop.
Maybe a nerf to max shield and buff the duration?
Basically thrown weapons are (almost) never worth upgrading. Except maybe for an upgrade on a boomerang you just can't afford to put upgrades on something you can lose and only have one of.
To make upgrades on thrown weapons more worthwhile maybe a talent similar to champion's shared upgrade talent, that would allow a single SoU to boost a stack of a certain thrown weapon?
To make thrown weapons more like melee ones you would need to make them identifiable, cursable and probable to be naturally upgraded. But that seems far off 😅
Edit: This applies even more to the Sniper, which I feel is not viable unless you get a RoSS. And with the RoSS you are basically guaranteed a win.
