I have been told multiple different times by a number of different people that I have an attractive clavicle and shoulders.
But just out of curiosity, how does the process of taking over a community work?
Thought about it, not sure I have the time though. Maybe with a few other people as a team.

As mentioned before every school has a great deal of freedom on how they interpret Steiner and how much of his teachings they use. Almost all of the Waldorfschools I visited went very light on spiritual and pseudo science part. The racism part of Steiners works played no part at all.
I spent over 10 years in and around this community without ever reading a single one of Steiners books and neither did most of the people I met there.
All in all it is just a network that brings a bunch of interesting and sometimes odd people together and then we build lutes and dance poems.
For example, I have kept the habit of washing my hands with soap, first thing when I come home.

Occasional SYSK Listener here. I am baffled by the amount of new shows that pop up under the their Banner. Thematically these Shows are totally random and they only ever seem to get advertised for a very short period befor the next one takes their place. Are they just pumping out these shows hoping one is a hit and makes worth all the misses? How is this sustainable? Especially since they only ever seem to advertise their own networks Content?
