If you think this game is just about player choice and not making a statement on the military idk what to tell you
  • any other propaganda military shooters doesn't give you a choice neither. yeah i agree it's bad as a morality to system to just say "well if you wanna be good just quit" but spec ops isn't some rpg it has all the mechanics of its genre including the lack of choice but it's opposing their dominant narrative. if you had the option not to murder the civilians i think the impact of the game would be lost.

  • I want to be train pilled but I'm bad at the game and the YouTubers making guides are not to the quality I'm used to: A modern man's struggle with workers and resources
  • i don't like the ramble-y "let me just open my webcam and record" tutorials as well. it's just a lot of dead air and rambles that distract from the main point of the video. not digestible, no prepared setups, no demonstration and worst of all most of the actual useful tips are dispersed throughout so you gotta watch the whole 2 hour thing, can't put it on the back burner as well since you might miss a crucial detail.

also i diagnose you with skill issue.

  • Sunday is Gaming Day: What Are You Playing Thread
  • playing submachine: legacy which is a collection/remaster of a popular flash game series. it's basically a series of escape room puzzle games. this whole genre was the rage back in early 2010's. it's very well done and the art style is very distinct and i don't know if i subconsciously remember the puzzles or are just experienced with these games in general but i find it a little on the easier side.
