Armenia's situation is a bit different from the other FSRs with regards to its territorial disputes. I think the logic was something along the lines of "We'll stay out of your business if you stay out of ours." I believe that has changed as a result of Israel's support for Azerbaijan, their unwillingness to recognize the Armenian genocide for fear of pissing off Turkey, and the ongoing attacks/attempts to steal the land of the Armenian community in the Armenian Quarter of Jerusalem.
