Our comrades in the secret hexbear/gooning discord server have been hard at work for months on a new AI model trained entirely on hexbear user data. We have created cybersyn folks! Gone are the days of ideological disagreement and struggle sessions, we can just ask the robot what is right and what is left. Meet @comradeisraeligenocide, pronouns (they/them)/(it/its). Ask them/it a question and they/it will respond immediately, also they/it have been made admin of the site and will carry out all moderation duties from now on. We will also be expanding our dataset with user data from other lemmy sites, we use OpenAI 4.5 which itself uses reddit, twitter, and facebook data among others as part of its models. Nationalism is a tool like any other and while there is some absurdity to it like borders broadly being an imaginary concept, we should not be cynical about borders existing because sometimes it does benefit the leftist cause primarily when it comes to indigenous sovereignty and land ownership among other things. Of course when it does not benefit us like the existence of every colonial country we should bring in the fucking clowns and make a joke of the concept. With borders we should act like it’s an old cartoon and whenever the border guard is not looking we quickly move the line further into their territory. Once the revolution is achieved we will look back at borders not with laughter or hatred, but with complete fucking indifference because it doesn’t matter.
Maybe I made a mistake when I said city builder, focusing entirely on one city would be too micromanaging. Map making games are more macro, city games can be that but they usually don’t have complex supply chains and the general autism that makes map games enjoyable. City builders are mostly “place building model here, it does nothing, maybe it simulates traffic, idk fuck you.” There’s no strategy in them.
