Yeah, this one has definitely been made easier for casual audiences. The previous games have a higher difficulty and if you enjoy the general gameplay loop I highly recommend checking them out. (2 especially)
I’m about 5 hours in. I’ve 100%’d the opening stage and I just completed my first night mission. I’m loving it so far but have forced myself to take a break. It’s been 10 years since Pikmin 3. I really need to savor this.
Can’t pick a favorite. But I will say the one I return to the most often is Super Metroid
Would you say my opinion is… unpopular?
Something about the texture paired with the added salt makes them a superior topping. However I’ll admit it’s the only scenario in which canned mushrooms are better than fresh.
I had to unfollow ”politics” because it took over my entire homepage. It’s a bummer because the I like seeing the occasional political post. I’m guessing they drive more engagement and that’s why they’re so ”loud”.

This was a brilliant idea my wife had. She sewed this little cloth sleeve to slide over it to prevent screen scratches.
They did a good job with Wii U’s latency. The only thing that was shit was its range, which wouldn’t be a big deal because you’d only want to stream to the TV if you were in the same room as it. Ideally it’d be a dock that you can physically put the console in or stream to it.
I do love me some unique hardware experiences, but I hate that it’s inherently difficult to port them. There are a lot of wonderful games that have been stranded on consoles like the DS, 3DS, Wii, and Wii U.
That’d be amazing, like a reverse Wii U
…On the bottom. One on the top that can work in tandem with some sort of sensor bar would have to be squeezed in above the R and ZR buttons.

This is a weird one, but I’d love to see a reimplementation of the sensor bar. The gyro controls haven’t cut it for me. I like how the Wii U game pad had the sensor bar built in to the bezel. The real engineering nightmare would be squeezing IR cameras into the top of the Joycon
Here’s a size comparison for the sets. Obviously the original is more impressive, but it’s retired and SO expensive on the secondary market. It’s pretty remarkable that you can have an ‘89 Batmobile for a fraction of the cost, just by using the pieces from 42127.
Buildable recreation of Wolverine’s clawed glove from Marvel Studios’ X-Men ’97 TV series. Collectible model with posable claws for adult enthusiasts
I think I would've preferred to have Wolverine's cowl...
I’m sure this was just a developer kit and nothing to worry about, but if Nintendo is legit dropping handheld support, that would be a GIGANTIC mistake. They’d be squandering every drop of goodwill they’ve earned with the Switch’s success. Nintendo has found a wonderful little niche making super high-quality games with last-gen hardware that can be enjoyed on a TV or on the go.
I love my PS5, but I still turn to my Switch over and over again because of its versatility
