Well, there's an oddly existential argument to be made that "funny" AI answers like this or adding a pot of Elmer's Glue to pizza sauce to get the cheese to stick are valued. Simply because those are the posts I've seen from Google AI, and I've never touched the feature myself.
By letting a language "speaker" learn from Reddit and forums, we created an approximation of "that guy who thinks he's a comedian" because that guy is always there and always drowns in upvotes. Clearly, he's a valuable part of the discourse!
Reminds me of Heretic's Fork.
Right? Training data is an absurd blob of everything the algorithm can get its hands on. It's like trying to assure that there's no alcohol or coca-cola in a lake.
Yeah, waiting on Hades 1's full release was easy since it was EGS exclusive for the entire early access phase. This one's gonna be harder to dodge until it's done.
If there's a personal information field, filling it with random noise is marginally better than leaving it blank. The pronouns field is new but I've noticed a lot of women friends (that have gender neutral usernames and profile pics, and no linked social media) opting to not use it or set it to he/him because having it filled out accurately caused trolls and bots and incels to fill their DMs.
Almost anyone who works with pathfinder/paizo could have instead worked with D&D/Wizards. Owlcat etc made their choice specifically to not work with Wizards.
Obsidian's last open world game, The Outer Worlds, was best described as "whelming"
Or the EGS phase was just glorified beta access like Hades.

The equivalents for Android, precompiled ReVanced APKs, are commonly used to spread malware. Following the instructions to patch the app yourself isn't hard. Google taking down precompiled modded versions of YouTube but leaving patches and the the tools anybody can use to apply them is a neutral thing at worst.
Also I don't see anyone in this thread glad that Google did this, aside from the first half of the joke / fakeout / pun post about IPA beer.
FighterZ is an actually good fighting game in the style of MvC or Street Fighter though, not the same 3d drivel with copy paste movesets and terrible game balance usually associated with anime tie-ins.
I use Paxmod instead. It supports multi-row tabs like old Tab Mix Plus.
Blue Dragon on Deck would be a dream.
List's not exhaustive yet. There's absolutely room for 1-3 pre Z gokus. There's also no way it won't have GT Goku, Super Saiyan 4, and all the various Vegito/Gogetas.
Kingdom. It's a pseudo-historical (most overarching plot points are actual things that happened in history, but the minutiae are very "anime") manga about the Warring States Period in China. Comrades in arms, sick fight scenes, and war crimes galore. Over 700 chapters.

There. Instead of a useless blogspam "article", here's a link to the game.
Monster capturing RPGs are a "genre" but Palworld isn't in that genre at all. Palworld is a survival game with mons instead of robotic automation.
The Walmart "onn." has been perfect in my household. Dirt cheap at $20, degooglable, good remote (you can use an app to rebind the streaming service buttons to apps you actually use). Supports the Google cast protocol and also SmartTubeNext. No ads of any kind on the home screen, because I'm using a custom FOSS launcher.
I've seen them in the wild, I live in the bay area. They look worse than in the pictures. The brushed steel catches every speck of dirt and oil. It's like they're driving a damn crock-pot.
detecting it is the problem. If the software is truly being run on the monitor, not the PC, it's not something Riot can detect, unless they want to just ban anyone with this display connected to their PC (and monitor EID can also be spoofed).
Since Reddit is restoring comments from deleted accounts, even if they were overwritten by a script instead of deleted, I was wondering if there were a tool similar to PowerDeleteSuite that allowed not deleting the original content of the comment.
For example, say I left a comment that said: > Great job with this!
I'd love an extension that would leave that as: > Consider leaving Reddit for Lemmy or kbin. Edit added 6/23/2023. > Great job with this!
and do that to all of my prior comments on the site. I doubt that'd be rolled back by the admins the way that deleted comments and obvious script-edited comments are and also turns any comments I've left as tech support (that people might find via google searches) into an ad to migrate to a federated alternative.
