Trying to poison the right wing against someone who stood up for them and for all of us. And the sick thing is that it will work.
The elderly at my job all are rallied against the guy. Been trying to explain to them regardless of how they feel it's a lens into the public opinion.
Watching the media machines gears turn with this one are especially transparent.
If it is him, getting caught threw a wrench in the meaning of his actions. Before he got caught, the only news was about how evil the execs are. Now it's all about him.
Another reason we know it's not him
Of course it will work. They are objectively terrible people that will openly celebrate any pain done to anyone, including themselves, if they just get to add one more ounce of hate to the world.
I went to r/conservative on Reddit just for fun and some of them are already flip flopping. Most are getting down voted to hell, but it was noticeable. But at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if it was bots trying to turn everyone against each other, as is tradition.
Most are waiting for marching orders from dear leader.

They will get them and fall in line for sure, but it does seem to take a bit longer than usually.
