There was probably some rationale where actually vaccinating people would have meant involving other departments or some shit and they didn’t want to risk blowing their op. Basically the evil is baked into the system, it’s not some cartoon villain. IMO this is so much worse than some evil cia director who’s goal it is to fuck up pakistan.
"It was too much paperwork to save lives for free!" is the most American thing I've heard. Only to be surpassed by whatever terrible fact I learn tomorrow.
It's really hard to exaggerate how heinous the US is. It's why all the fearmongering about China has to be cartoonishly extreme. Anything less than that would be tame in comparison to the stuff Americans provably, currently do.
