That’s fair. I do come from a country where we eat capybara, so…
Those are just hairy pigs anyway. We eat bunnies where I live, some have an issue with that because cute. But those at least get to live a natural life in the woods, which is nice.
How do they taste, capybara?
We left before I tried it, but I’ve heard it’s somewhere between pork & chicken.
