As endorsed by the guy who is famous for not needing a gun, and who is also bulletproof. Seems legit.
Was Goku technically bulletproof, or was he just too fast to be hit by a bullet?
In his younger days, Goku was definitely shot at and they showed it was really painful but not deadly.
First episode, Buruma shot him. He said, "ouch."
Right and that was when he was just a kid, they just "boink" off him. As an adult I bet he doesn't even feel them whatsoever.
