N.B. misandry is not real because men are not systemically oppressed (uninternalize your reddit MRA today: men suffer some drawbacks under the patriarchy but ultimately still maintain it due to the large amount of privileges they receive under it!)
Women will kill you too, but usually it's because you abused them to the point where they snapped. As opposed to men who will kill you just because you don't want to suck their pee pee
is it sexist to assume a woman cant be a murderer for reasons beyond they were driven to it by abuse? Yes. Pretty sure the current living record holder for most kills in UK right now is a female nurse.
There's doubts about that trial, actually. The only evidence is circumstantial, she was always on when a baby died. Except, because they were short staffed, she had to always be on when complications arose. There's no objective evidence to prove she did anything wrong.
She might have been thrown under the bus to cover up short staffing

That's exactly what happened. If I remember my details correctly, she was the only nurse in the hospital with specific training for critically ill preterm babies. She was the only person they could call to care for the highest risk infants. Her presence at their deaths was the only evidence presented against her. That's it. She was absolutely railroaded to cover up how the government's underfunding was killing babies.
If every male killer is a rapist and every female killer is a battered woman than genetic determinism is real which it is not. You cannot claim one group is genetically predispositioned to violence and the other is only forced into it by environmental factors.
Mostly that male violence against women is typically (but not always) part of a systemic problem, and women violence against men is typically (but not always) a response to that systemic problem.
