Games like No mans sky or Valheim. There's something therapeutic about resource collection and exploration.
Stardew Valley with my sibling. I am not allowed to be too high, because then I go into the skull mines, alt tab out to eat something, die in game, restart the day, and that makes sibling sad.
Fall Guys with friends and all of us in voice chat. Senseless, mindless fun. Not having to think and also catch up with friends while being blitzed has been some of the best times gaming with friends. There have been numerous times where we laugh so hard were crying, and it doesn't get better than that. Oh and the game is OK as well!
Transport fever 2, toot toot
Dead by daylight hits so well when I'm stoned. Very laid back killer games and chase as a survivor is incredibly satisfying

CS2 or Valorant with good teammates is a transcendent experience imo. Same with fighting games. Noita and RPGs can be fun but I often wind up wasting an hour tinkering with my build cx
elden ring for sure. Exploration is a treat
