Even on reddit, r/usa was tiny. We kinda just exist everywhere and wrongfully assume everyone is us, so we don't tend to feel the need for a special community. Lol
I feel like there's some commonalities between Americans, Chinese people, and Russians, particularly nationalistic ones, as people from countries that seek to lead the world. Particularly, the belief their way of life is inherently superior and should be exported everywhere and the inflated sense of importance of their countries.
