I'm not a banker, I can't weigh in too intelligently on this part, but I have had a car payment before and been laid off. That monthly payment ate through my savings damn fast while I was looking for a job. Lesson learned, I'm not inclined to buy anything with a loan any time soon. I just don't trust it
they are. the problem is in the US there are no quality base models available. I would bet this penny I found on the floor that if automakers started to roll out less expensive EVs there would be less of these bullshit articles about how EVs are just not selling.
