I wonder if this "game" is the same everywhere
What are your local rules for it?
This is how I know it:
- The person (A) who shows the ππ» must do it below eye level
- If another person (B) sees it, they can put a finger in it ππ»
- Person A can then close the hole trying to catch person B's finger βπ»
- If Person B didn't stick a finger in it in time, or if Person A caught Person B's finger, then they can continue with the punishment.
- However if Person B successfully stuck a finger in and drew it out in time, then they can continue with the punishment.
Punishment:
- Draw an imaginary X on the other person's shoulder ππ»
- Punch the same spot π€π»
- Wipe the spot ππ»
- If these steps are not followed (e.g. you forgot to wipe), then the other person may do the punishment steps on you.
Basically everyone at the same age as me just knows this and (involuntarily) has to play along if challenged...

We always played where it had to be below waist level
20 0 ReplyWhen I grew up, it was "below waist level" and resulted in a free punch to the shoulder, but there weren't any of the other rules.
(Edit: wait, I forgot that if you flinch, the puncher gets to go again)
19 0 ReplyIt probably also was below waist level back in the days. I don't remember it exactly anymore. But it probably changed over time because everyone kept protesting with "eye level!" when it was too high.
Punishment for flinching is great xD

Back in middle school the punishment was a slap to the back of the neck, and I never heard anything about putting your finger in the π to avoid it. Simpler times.
9 0 ReplyAlso which country are you from? Here in german, that are the rules. Except we stopped going through with that years ago, probably at the age of 16.
6 0 ReplySwitzerland. It also stopped back then, but somehow started again recently. Not sure if it's only in my stupid group of friends though xD

Below the waist, a shot to the arm. That's kinda it around here. Seems pretty universal
