Easy solution. Just put off procrastinating till later.
I don’t consider ADHD executive disfunction not allowing you to do things procrastination. Procrastination is for neurotypical individuals who have a choice.
The pressure makes it worse until I get to a breaking point and the deadline is near and by then its too late. Fuck my life.
