What is he? [Last Place Comics]

I came across this a few weeks ago but didn't save it and couldn't remember what strip it was. I searched many times for it, but it wasn't until this morning that I finally got the right search term for it to turn up again.

I'm having a really hard time explaining this to my 6yo after she heard me doing the Muttley chuckle for a good minute.
- The first time I saw it, I laughed for a few minutes. It still cracks me up. I think the woman's face in the past panel really adds to the punchline.
