Well yes, it's called unregulated capitalism
That's not unregulated capitalism, it's mixed regulatory, with regulatory capture capitalism.
Unregulated would mean that I could set up a lab in the basement of the abandoned farm building next door and produce untested insulin cheaply enough to undercut the whole market.
Someone gets it...we don't have capitalism, we have a system where regulations are used by corps to buy politicians to kill their competitors.
I'm not sure you can regulate exploitation out of capitalism, it's essential to making a profit.
There are semantic arguments that run counter to this but we absolutely could have a system that resembles our current one but with regulations for the truly insane exploitation.
