There was a board game cafe I used to go to and in their bathroom there was a toilet out in the open near the sinks (as well as regular stalls). Someone eventually asked and apparently the place used to be a nightclub and it was for people to throw up.
They had just a toilet and not a Papst? How mundane.
As someone who has been to a few different prisons (past opiate addict) I have shit in all three scenarios with full stations.

Sometimes I wonder what architects are thinking designing bathrooms.
I guess architects are all romcom characters who live in a world that isn't quite like ours, where big loud creepiness works with women and you can walk into a bar and order "a beer."
