Ok but what about Peacescrewdriver 50,000?
I predict he's going to do a great job, carry a lot of respect for the source material, get a season or two made before the network ruins it.
- GW are notorious for demanding creative veto. Not because they want to interfere but to maintain continuity.

  That said, I think they should focus on the Guard or even the Arbites. Have Marines just come in like a wrecking ball at some point and DEMOLISH some xenos but mostly tell the story of regular humans.

If they do anywhere close to how well they did with Fallout I'm fucking BEYOND stoked. Call me the conductor of the hype train idgaf I can't even fathom being able to watch any show containing the 40k universe. I'm at half mast just thinking about it.

  Paramount did Halo but yeah. I think a key difference here is that there is actually passion and care for the source material on the production team rather then a bunch of Nepo hires trying to do their own thing with an IP they have been forced to work with and don't really care for.

Wouldn't trust it to anyone other than him. Dude is a legit WH40K geek and is going to make sure the spirit of the franchise won't get lost in translation

Good. Cavill is a talented guy, I hope it turns out to be an engaging series. Was sorry to see him leave Witcher, really enjoyed his take on the character.
Canceled before they air every episode. Even 2000AD stuff can’t quite break out internationally.
Fuck yeah, I thought this project was dead in the water. I really hope Cavill can help keep them from amazoning it.
Finally. He’s been wanting to do this for years. Didn’t he say in an interview he would like to play an Ultramarine?

  Amazon has a pretty good track record: Good Omens, Expanse, Tales from the Loop, The Boys, Fallout.
  
  While I agree about Foundation, I really don't know how anyone would properly adapt the book(s) and make something enjoyable to watch. The book is an important piece of sci-fi and inspired a lot of writers, but it really has aged like milk: it doesn't even have a named female character until 3/4 of the way through the book, and even then it can't pass the Bechtel test.
- Amazon did Fallout and it turned out good. Not like how The Witcher was treated at Netflix...
  
  I'm not commenting on the quality I expect, just the company involved. I actively go out of my way to avoid Amazon as much as possible, so I will not be seeing this.

  There's like over a hundred novels to choose from, some of them are pretty decent.
  
  My guess is he's going to do Gaunt's Ghost by Dan Abnett. It's good enough to be a stand alone series even if you don't know much about the 40k universe.

Oh, Henry Cavill. Seems like he has good intentions but he legit ruins every franchise he touches. Worst Superman. Worst Geralt.
