For the non-Swedish readers: Yes, we're not outraged if kids happen to see nipples or hear dirty words. They turn out just fine.

Actually, we'd claim they turn out better than if you believe they need to be protected from absolutely everything :P If a Swedish kid points to that popsicle and asks what it is I'd say below the age of ~6 we might skip over the reality but above that we'd tell them what it is with the comment that it's supposed to be funny for some.
