  • That is Chapín a.k.a Trunkfish, and it is one of the tastiest fish you'll ever eat. It is never eaten whole because it has way too many bones, so the meat is normally prepared minced and stewed.

  • Hmmm. Taco fish, you say. Can’t say I envision the Japanese using them for sushi, but who knows
