I've been attempting to get food for roughly the last 9 hours and so far no success. I truthfully and honestly have hypoglycemia and had a seizure from low blood sugar an hour ago. Please help me.

I am literally about to break down in tears. I've been standing outside of Safeway all day asking every person, making certain to be as kind as possible, if they can help by getting me something to eat and drink. About an hour ago I had a hypoglycemic seizure and someone witnessed it and bought me an 8 ounce bottle of orange juice. All I want is to make sure that I keep up with my blood sugar. I'm literally starving at this point, and feeling like I'm about to have another hypoglycemic seizure. I really need help please. I'm really scared . seizures are no joke.. I need something so very soon. Please, can someone help. I really am about to have another seizure within the next hour or two.
