I literally skip SO results now. Most of them are so out of date it's often better to find an article or ask chatgpt
- Hey if you're like me and working on a project from the 90s the outdated info is great! I found a fucking Visual Basic 5 runtime in this project.

  You are talking like you can get anything out of Google these days. I seriously am using Bing at work. Everyone laugh but do you know who does have their first page full of paid links? This guy.
Except that SO is complete shit now, out of date answers, rude know it all people that downvote anything they think is too easy, so it's horrible for newbies.
And it's back again. Productivity is slowly approaching normal again

  They used Arch forum. The reason it took a while because someone just left a link to a long wiki without any comment on where exactly to look at

I beleive SO recently switched from fastly to cloudflare, and some of the DNS records are taking time to catch up. If you having the same problem try flushing your DNS cache and the issue should be resolved.
SO has been such a bad source of information for a long time and a toxic community that I've added it to my Google search results Blocklist altogether.
