The way to do that is to ban Twitter and honestly Facebooks social networks as well. Just rejecting it is not going to cut it. They have to be treated like Russia Today, because in many ways they are just oligarch run media corporations.

After being told this, the US proceeded to completely ignore it, because the US is no longer our ally and the sooner we reorganize our policy taking this into account the better.
