Twitch Bans Hasan Piker After Hypothetical About Republicans Killing Senator Rick Scott
This is the leftist talk show streamer's fifth ban
Basically any talk of it even condemning it or showing an example of republicans expressing violence can get you banned.
For anyone still curious, the ban was lifted already

I dont think saying “if Republicans cared about this issue, they’d kill Rick Scott” is a call to violence, but whatever Twitch, you gave Hasan a few days off that he probably needs and put a big spotlight on a sitting senator’s massive medicare fraud.
If those words came out of the mouth of Elon, trump, or Joe rogan, there would be murder attempts within days. I guess that says more about Republicans than the content of the statement, but it's definitely not a harmless thing.
Though the fact that this is where they draw the line and not Hasan rebroadcasting terrorist propaganda is pretty telling.

Twitch has been babying Piker for years. He's violated their TOS so frequently that I'm surprised they didn't give him a kiss on the forehead for this
This ban is such horseshit since he didn’t suggest anyone should kill Rick Scott, or generally advocate for the killing of Rick Scott. But apparently just alluding to the killing of Rick Scott is problematic on twitch. Generally, I think there should be more discussion about this whole “kill Rick Scott“ issue, although I don’t think anyone should actually kill Rick Scott.
They could have at least banned him for his non-based opinions, this was nothing

I've seen him talk about how the USA accepted China's "one China policy" (aka the notion that Taiwan is part of China) back when Nixon was president.
