My husband who is 31 comes pretty quickly. I can rarely enjoy for more than 10-15 min of penetration. Any secret tip for him to last longer?

I'd just like to comment that 10-15 minutes of penetration is a very normal number, and probably a bit above average actually.

I do have one tip for you as a guy, which is, try to have sex in the morning. I always find that I last longer then. I read once that women's hormone levels peak earlier in the day than men, so maybe that's why.

Well, my advice would be to change how you have sex.

Ten to fifteen minutes isn't an unusual or unhealthy time for someone to take. So, it's my opinion that instead of decreasing the pleasure by delaying his orgasm beyond what is comfortable, the two of you focus on making sure that you're far enough along in your arousal cycle that you'll get there as well.

The most common way to make that happen is extending foreplay. It's free, easy, and fun.

But, you can also bring toys into the mix. Some women can't orgasm from vaginal penetration at all, so applying stimulation to the clitoris via a small vibrator, rings with fixed stimulators on them, or even just manual stimulation during penetration may well be the best option.

If that's still not enough to make sure you both reach orgasm, then worry about delaying his. If he applies tension to the muscles that support the penis, it can stop incipient orgasm. As the tip of the penis bumps against that spot, extra stimulation is given. This may be enough to cause orgasm. But learning to hit the spot with your penis takes practice, and it varies depending on the position, the shape of the penis, and the exact configuration of the vagina, so you'll likely need to experiment.

"Doggy" tends to give reliable results for g-spot stimulation with the penis, however, so I'd start there and branch out into positions like reverse cowgirl, prone bone, or variations of those.
