Good way to get early onset dementia
What a waste of money... Take just one pill, chase it with a pint of beer with 50ml of vodka inside and you're golden for the day!
If I take a Benadryl, I go into a haze. Its not a good feeling. Not sure why people want to abuse it.
i was in a forum once where people abused benadryl, they would take it in 700-1000 range, and get deleriant effects of it.
That's how I used to save money at the pub, drop a couple before I go out, have a couple of pre drinks, then go down buzzed and just keep yourself at that. 10/10 would recommend, just don't be a idiot about it.
These old school antihistamines, Benadryl, Phenergan, are so short term safe but I avoid them as much as possible now because they increase your risk for dementia so much when used regularly. Apparently by 50%!
So good when you really need to sleep and can't, so effective and cheap.
Sure, it would make me sleepy but my skin would feel weirdly sensitive every time. I couldnât get comfortable at all, and would feel like I didnât get any sleep the next morning.
Tried cough suppressants once, took 8 pills then 4 more as the effects seemed to be weak.
OH BOY WAS I WRONG!
Suddenly, I crashed on my bed, went almost unconscious. My lungs burned like hell and I legitimately thought I was dying. Then there followed the ego death, I was 100% sure I had vanished or gone to the backrooms. Hallucinations of different book characters suddenly appeared (Death from Terry Pratchetts diskworld chronicles was funnily one of them) and as I heard his unique voice for the first time, everything went dark and wild fever dreams popped up. I must have been living through atleast 10 different imaginary lives, each one felt real. I woke up feeling multiple decades older and puked all over myself and the bed, as the vertigo slowly went away.
1/10 would never do again, it really scarred my sense of self.
Edit: oh and apparently the dose could have been lethal so puking maybe saved me. Yeah I was kinda suicidal back then, but Iâm in a way better place now mentally and am so glad that I got to live!
The fuck kind of medicine do you guys get over the counter? I have a strong feeling these things are either completely banned in the EU or only available with a slip from the doctor. I'm also fascinated by how Americans don't seem to question these things. The amount of Americans that straight up take narcotics before stepping on a plane is wild.
I live in a central EU country. Itâs pretty easy to OD with all kinds of drugs, thatâs why most of the abuseable pills have stuff in them that either has a laxative effect or makes you empty your stomach in the bowl if you take too many pills. That might actually have been what saved me. But yeah America is another level with their Benzos and Opioids, 100% agreed
You could torture me with diphenhydramine. I have restless leg syndrome, bad, take drugs to sleep every night. Women who have slept with me when I missed a pill made damned sure I had one. One gf almost sent me home when I joked about forgetting it. It would have been the couch for sure. Hell, it even gets into my arms when it's bad.
Imagine twitching from the waist down, paralyzed with fatigue from the waist up, screaming to pass out but your legs are doing the Charleston.
I accidentally did.
Back in jr high, I was sick as hell and helped myself to Benadryl.
Thought I was taking them as directed, over a period of days. Nope. Was taking them every hour or two for part of the morning and into the afternoon. Luckily, not a lethal dose or anything.
But I was seeing some shit!
The walls were breathing, the floor had waves, and he-man came out of my TV on battlecat to talk to me. My GI Joes had a fight with COBRA, and I vaguely remember talking to Spider-Man as I was drifting off at one point.

Not without fucking your kidneys up!
Yeah, just stay awake long and overwork your brain (preferable with stuff you like, or you'll fail to stay awake long enough).
You reach a point where you feel mentally tired, unable to concentrate well but unable to sleep because it is conflicting with your Carcadian rhythm. At that time, you can get to a relatively darker place, watch/read/think of whatever you want to hallucinate and it might work.
Make sure not to be sedentary during the whole exercise or you will require much more effort with much less effect.
Doing this alongside fasting, helps (makes you stay awake more).
At the end of it, your day and night cycle will be destroyed and you will have to restore it over time.
Oh and don't drive
Shits deeper than most English essays
Fucked up and took too much Benadryl one time. Hallucinated spiders crawling all over me. After that, I swore to never touch the stuff again
700 mg would be 28 pills. Good heavens!
Benadryl! Because you can't have allergies if you're unconscious.

At my first IT job, we had to attend a week or two of training before actually doing the job. I was eighteen at the time and didn't know nothin' about nothin' ... Including that benadryl makes you sleepy.
Sometime in the first few days of training, I was having some pretty bad allergies and a roommate suggested benadryl. I picked some up on the drive to work and took the recommended dose immediately, then headed into the training, which was nothing but lecturing for a full eight hours on the second floor of a building with a broken AC. Also in the small room were about 20-25 people and a 2005-era projector in the middle of the room.
I doubt I learned anything other than the side effects of benadryl that day. I'm fortunate that I did manage to stay conscious and that the drowsiness had probably worn off before my ninety minute drive home.
Haven't taken any since.
better not owe money to the hat-man when you take benadryl

I think you may be on to something.
Doxylamine + dopenhydramine + trazodone + melatonin + whiskey = best 72 hour nap Ive ever taken
God, three days just absent from all of this chaotic persistent mental attack from all sides
