Practically saying “It’s not an emergency because you took too long to stop us” is an insane take, wow
- Along with "the court has no jurisdiction because personnel appeals must go through official channels in Congress" despite not going through Congress to enact any of this in the first place.
  
  They are so almost impressively slippery, talking out of both sides of their mouth all the time. Unfortunately it seems our Republic has up until now survived on overall collective goodwill rather than a set of ironclad rules to prevent a popular dictator from taking over.
