The cure for anxiety is to identify the thing that is causing your anxiety and think about it really hard, going over every scenario and possibility in your head multiple times until you feel better

Know what would curb it for me? People being goddamn truthful about what they think and how they feel, instead of me having to interpret 28 riddles, chant a magical unknown spell, and do a dance that they literally made up on-the-spot in order for me to understand what you actually meant.
