What's with the "Ha ha ha ha" cartoon figure at the bottom
- Its a sign that this picture went through the process of boomerfication, therefore rendering it worthless for future generations.
  
  There are methods to restore the picture from boomerification, although depending on the method and the intensity of boomerification, the picture may never be the same as it was before it occured.
  
  This particular example seems savable, as the amount of boomerification is relatively low.
  
  Specifically that looks like a bitmoji so this was likely shared on Snapchat at some point.
