- From what I've read, the troll farms mostly operate funded by Russia but are physically located outside of Russia. For example, Macedonia had quite a few.

- I think it should be a bit worrying for people outside russia too. This is literal practice for a world war scenario. We can meme all you want but I don't like seeing countries crossing items in that checklist.

I wonder what will happen in Russia once all those people lose their access to entertainment, communication, etc...
