The only game I know of that is playable blind as-is is A Blind Legend.

It's really interesting as a concept, but not a ton of fun for me.

If you're wondering about a specific genre, I can maybe fine you more examples! Then of course the previous jams have some smaller games.
Usually the community gets a handful of decent games each year, but still not a ton.
