Just to be clear... This is an internal decapitation = spine broken and separated from the skull.
Head was not pulled off.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news...but it was a complete decapitation. The torso and limbs were delivered via delayed C-section and the head was delivered vaginally. This article has the medical examiner's release including the description of the head being detached.

Definitely doesn't sound like an "internal decapitation" to me. What a strange thing to lie about.
I don't think it was a lie, per se. Probably just a misinterpretation or misunderstanding.
Possible, but given the unwarranted confidence in the earlier comments and the "Couldnât give a shit" in response to being shown to be inaccurate, I'm not inclined to give the user in question the benefit of the doubt.
Yeah, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but a peek at the modlog entries for that user leads me to believe that they just made assumptions and didn't care to check that they were correct before commenting.
