Anyone's Estradiol levels double with the same dosage post orchi?

The blood doesn't lie, but it seems crazy to me

The doctor said it's pretty normal
My levels went up a lot, but I also changed to a different form of HRT after my bottom surgery, so it's hard to tease apart the details
