39 0 ReplySaskatchewan is mostly hummocky, though, since it's surgical geology is primarily glacial till. Not a pile of topography, but definitely not flat.
South central Manitoba on the other hand? Former glacial Lake Agassiz basin. So flat, you can watch your dog run away, fall in love with another dog in Steinbach, and raise a family

You'll hear Canadians say something about a "northern" city in their province and you go to look it up and it's only like 1/3rd of the way up.
